Meals and lodging will be provided through Pathfinder Ranch

Pathfinder Ranch has comfortable lodging and meals that will be provided as a part of the seminar. 

Meals that will be provided are: 

• Friday Sack Lunch
• Friday Dinner
• Saturday Breakfast
• Saturday Sack Lunch
• Saturday Dinner
• Sunday Breakfast
• Sunday Sack Lunch

Please note in your registration packet any dietary restrictions you may have.

Canines will be allowed to sleep in the cabins with handlers.  We ask that they remain on lead or crated in the cabin and while at the lodge.  The cabins are co-ed shared housing, much like you would expect to see if you were on a multi-day SAR deployment.  The training locations will be off-site and working canines may be off-lead if they are working.

The building that students will be lodged in is the Pathfinder Lodge:
The description from the website reads as follows: “Our newest cabin, Pathfinder Lodge, sleeps 20 in each wing (Pintos and Palominos). It features a large, comfortable lounge and two centrally located bathrooms with showers. Each wing offers a private room with 4 beds.”

There will also be limited dry camping spots for RVs.  Please indicate if that is a preference for you on your registration form.
